PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly sit under one inquiry, so you deal with one team, one set of files, and one schedule. We cover multilayer, HDI, high-frequency and high-speed, high-Tg, heavy copper, metal core, rigid-flex, and mixed-dielectric boards, from prototype to volume.
Can you support both prototypes and batch production?
Yes. We support prototype development, small-batch production, and volume manufacturing, with fast prototype turnaround. Put the quantity you need in the quote form and the quote will reflect it.
What files do I need to provide for a PCB quotation?
Gerber files, drill files, BOM if needed, drawings, material requirements, surface finish, board thickness, copper thickness, quantity, and other project details.
Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We support prototypes, small batches, and mass production. There is no strict MOQ for most projects.
How do you control quality?
We use flying probe or electrical testing for PCBs, and SPI, AOI, X-ray, first article inspection, visual inspection, and functional testing for PCBA. Every order passes incoming material inspection, engineering review, production, testing, final inspection, and shipment. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 (medical-device PCBA), and IATF 16949:2016 (automotive PCBA).
How can I request a PCB quote?
Use the quote form with your files, specification, quantity, and project requirements. The team reviews it and replies.
Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We keep all customer files confidential and never share them with unauthorized third parties. An NDA is available if required.
What files do you need for a complete PCBA quote?
Gerber files, the BOM, and a pick-and-place (coordinate) file.
What is your typical turnaround time for quotes and production?
Average production lead time is about one month in peak season and within 15 working days in the off season. With assembly, the time also depends on parts availability.
Can you handle full turnkey box-build assembly?
Yes. Besides PCB fabrication we provide component sourcing, SMT and DIP assembly, programming, testing, cable assembly, and box-build service.
Do you support alternative component sourcing for cost reduction?
Yes. We can provide full or partial component sourcing according to your BOM.
How do you handle shipping and global logistics?
Shipping cost depends on destination, package size, weight, and shipping method. We can quote the freight for you. Our main markets are North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and East Asia.
Can we inspect the production process?
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our factory. Production photos and inspection reports can also be provided when needed.
Can you provide programming and functional testing?
Yes. We can provide IC programming, firmware downloading, and customized functional testing.
